Toxicity….
It can be stated, all substances are toxic in quantity. In reality, many therapeutic medications are acutely toxic. However, these therapeutic medications can be beneficial when used at a therapeutic level.
Oxygen, table salt, water, are all toxic in large enough doses. Just the mere presence of a substance does not imply toxicity or imminent death is awaiting you or a war should be waged!
The basic tenet in toxicology is, “The dose makes the poison.” Cooking food generates thousands of chemicals. There are over 1,000 chemicals reported in a cup of coffee of which 19 of them are rodent carcinogens. This does not mean coffee is dangerous!
At some basic level, every chemical becomes toxic, but there are levels below which no adverse health effects are observed.
The Evil Culprits…
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released a 1993 report classifying environmental tobacco smoke (known as ETS or secondhand smoke) as a known human carcinogen. The anti-smoking forces in this country were losing their war for Prohibition and needed some ammunition.
In November 1995 after a 20-month study by the Congressional Research Service released a detailed analysis of the EPA report that was highly critical of EPA’s methods and conclusions.
In 1998, in a devastating 92-page opinion, Federal Judge William Osteen vacated the EPA study, declaring it null and void. He found a culture of arrogance, deception, and cover-up at the agency. Yet the media refused to report the significance of this ruling!
The Judge…
Osteen noted, there was evidence in the record supporting the accusation which implied the EPA cherry picked its data to promote an agenda! In order to confirm its hypothesis the EPA maintained its standard significance level, but lowered the confidence interval to 90 percent. This allowed EPA to confirm its hypothesis by finding a relative risk of 1.19, which is a very weak association and does not warrant a full scale assault on smokers and create a panic!
The judge believed the EPA was publicly committed to a conclusion before the research had begun. The EPA adjusted established procedure and scientific norms to validate its conclusion. The EPA aggressively utilized its authority to disseminate findings to establish a de facto regulatory scheme to influence public opinion.
The bottom line, the EPA failed to show a statistically significant association between SHS and lung cancer! Yet as each year passes, SHS is being touted as evil and is the silent killer of modern times! Which is all based on false data and a hidden agenda. Where is the outrage?
The Good Ole Days…
When I was growing up my doctor smoked while he was seeing me in his office. You could go down to the hospital and smokers were everywhere and nobody gave it a second thought! No SHS panic, nobody dying in the hallways from SHS, no SIDs, ear infections, coronary complications due to SHS, no cancer victims due to SHS!
Now it has become a full on assault on smokers and their rights! With rampant law suits, extortion, heavy taxation, hearings, you name it! All based on false claims which has been proven time and time again!
The WHO, No, Not The Band…
The World Health Organization conducted a study of Environmental Tobacco Smoke (ETS) and lung cancer in Europe. The only statistically significant number was a decrease in the risk of lung cancer among the children of smokers. This paper was buried, why? Would this end the war and scam on SHS?
Flight Attendants…
In 2003 a study published by the American Journal of Epidemiology was thoroughly covered up by the public health gangs and its media cronies! The enormous study covers 37 years, during which thousands of filght attendants were followed and monitored for cancer.
This study was not financed by the tobacco industry, the pharmaceutical industry, nor is it supported by public health funds allocated to produce scientific frauds to support public health’s frauds on smoking!
The results were a remarkably low SMR [standardized incidence ratio] for lung cancer among female cabin attendants and no increase for male cabin attendants, indicating that smoking and exposure to passive smoking may not play an important role in mortality in this group. Imagine that!
The Big One…
The most shocking and lengthy study ever done on SHS was over the span of 39-years. It was conducted on 118,000 adults in California. Adults enrolled in late 1959 in the American Cancer Society cancer prevention study (CPS I), who were followed until 1998. The objective was to measure the relation between environmental tobacco smoke (ETS), as estimated by smoking in spouses, and long term mortality from tobacco related disease.
The shocking conclusion, the results didn’t support a causal relation between environmental tobacco smoke and tobacco related mortality, although they do not rule out a small effect. The association between exposure to environmental tobacco smoke and coronary heart disease and lung cancer may be considerably weaker than generally believed.” Where in the Hell is the outrage? Why didn’t CNN, MSNBC report it?
Your Building is Bad…
Continuing evidence shows energy-efficient building techniques and increasingly limited ventilation, not ETS, adversely influence asthma and other upper respiratory problems especially in children.
Building ventilation rates continue to decrease. They are replaced by inadequate filtering and re-filtering systems. This causes us to be exposed and re-exposing us thru re-circulated, undiluted air to contaminants associated with asthma and allergies such as: bacteria, fungi, viruses, algae, amoebae, dust mite and cockroach feces, pollen, etc.
Ventilation rate recommendations for buildings accommodating smokers are high enough to promote dilution of all indoor air contaminants which in turn reduces respiratory problems thought once to be caused by SHS!
The Lies…
The deception of the public through bogus scientific research to promote an agenda is truly deplorable! It is criminal to mislead the public and extort money based on a false illusion! The perpetrators of this great deception should be held financially responsible, exposed and severely punished.
To use pseudoscience to create the illusion of sound scientific research weakens the integrity of the whole scientific community and destroys the creditability of any scientific research project! To truly see the validity of a scientific research project, one only needs to see who is funding the project!

Nearly 41,000 Michiganders are being cutoff from Welfare Benefits!
You have reached your limit…
Their 48-month cumulative lifetime limit has been reached. It is a reform many Michigan residents are happy to see which recently was enacted. Republican legislative leaders noted Michigan was among three states which didn’t have a time limit on welfare.
Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa and Missouri have five-year limits. Indiana has a 24-month limit, but only for adults, children’s benefits have no time cap.
Safety net is wore out…
The welfare system was intended as a safety net, not a long-term solution as many of the State’s recipients believe it should be! The sad reality, more than 30-percent of the people affected by this change have been receiving benefits 10-years or more. “Talk about abuse of the system and now we are suppose to feel bad for them!”
You still get food…
However, Michigan will still provide food assistance and Medicaid for those who need it. Unfortunately, we have a bunch of abusers who take their food stamps and sell them to raise cash to supply their bad habits. I can at anytime buy 200.00 worth of stamps for 50.00 on the high side. Where is the outrage? Why aren’t the bleeding hearts screaming about children being deprived of food?
Ah! The free money…
Unfortunately, many people enjoy this dependent lifestyle! They believe the hardworking people should support them! Michigan offers job training programs which are available through DHS to break this addiction. There are plenty of State programs and grants which these welfare recipients have access to! Four-years is plenty of time to get assistance and learn a new skill! If you refuse to rise up then don’t expect compassion! You are a burden on Society!

Now we have all kinds of groups trying to sue the State of Michigan to stop the State from cutting off payments to recipients who have been milking the system for over 4-years. Michigan is on the verge of Bankruptcy! Where is the State suppose to get the money?

Have we become prisoners of the giant conglomerates? Is it possible to start a small business and compete against the giants? Have the conglomerates sold their souls to the Chinese? What is the solution to spur growth and new start-up businesses?
The Past…
So what happened to Entrepreneurship? When I was growing up and the family needed a new television we drove up to our small town appliance store and would buy a television for a good price. The same goes for all the other appliances. Now I challenge you to find a small locally owned store! They are a thing of the past! Why?
Greed…
Greed and the stealth creation of monopolies have destroyed the very foundation which this Great Nation was built upon! Key players and CEOs came up with a plan, intoxicated with greed, had a vision to infiltrate smaller towns and flood the local markets with cheap imported products. Small businesses would be forced to sell their products for less or go out of business. This made it very difficult to compete with the big businesses. These big businesses have the ability to buy products in massive quantities built by cheap labor which in turn keeps their cost down.
Massive Inventories…
These giant conglomerates have the storage capacity to hold massive inventories. This allows them the luxury to stock up on cheap manufactured imports without the fear of running out of inventory till the next ship comes to port. Your typical small business doesn’t have the storage capacity to hold such a large inventory. This increases their acquisition cost and cuts their profits dramatically. This can only be done for a short time and you come to the realization it is no longer profitable to be in business!
Cheap Labor…
These giant conglomerates shipped American jobs overseas where labor is extremely cheap and moved the whole manufacturing base. This allows them to build products cheap and sell them at a huge markup to add to their bottom line! It looks great for Wall Street and their earnings numbers!
Outsourcing…
This game caught on and now virtually all manufactures have outsourced their manufacturing overseas to cut labor cost, no benefits to pay for and this all made their earnings swell. Wall Street loves it! Earnings have increased and the shareholders are happy!
The Price…
The problem which got overlooked was demand destruction. In the process of shipping jobs overseas and using cheap labor has put millions of Americans out of work. This in turn has weakened consumer demand and finally is showing up in all of the economic data. Consumers aren’t buying like they use too! The damage is done!
How can I compete and build a quality product and pay a good wage when you have a Chinese worker who will work for a dollar a day with no benefits?
When products were built here, I could negotiate a price and not have to worry about keeping a massive inventory knowing within days I could obtain more inventory!
The Demise of Quality…
Through this destructive plan to monopolize the markets, the quality of products has diminished! You use to buy a new product because of quality and reliability. Now everything is built cheap and has a short life expectancy. The people in charge knew if they built quality products which would last a long time their profits would disappear. Realizing this, the giant conglomerates knew they could line their pockets with more money if they could keep the consumer coming back for more. We have become a throw away society!
They Sold Their Souls…
The sad reality, greed has caused the giant conglomerates to sell their souls to the Chinese who now know virtually all of our secrets of manufacturing. These giant conglomerates are directly responsible for building a communist country, one of the worst human rights abusers into a force which is almost unstoppable! Through the greed of few, the US is now hostage to China! Where is the outrage?
Political connections…
To add more insult, the giant conglomerates have strategically wined and dinned along with payoffs to our corrupt politicians and Federal Reserve, which is no more Federal than Federal Express, to keep the US dollar valuation low. These giant conglomerates outsource labor in US dollars and sell for Euros. Talk about a scam!
The New Disease…
These monopolies have spread like a cancer throughout the US. These monopolies are now seen with car manufactures, airline industry, electronics, appliances, banking, home builders and supplies, hospitals, drug stores, food industry, cell phone industry, clothing, insurance etc. No matter where you look some form of consolidation or merger is taking place to squeeze the little guy out!
If you were to start a small business today, the giants would have you shut down in no time! If they didn’t, the government regulations would!
The Solution…
The solution to this crisis is simple! Tax all imports to the point it would be cheaper to build here in the US. Special tax incentives only to small businesses to level the playing field. Incentives should be large enough to cause the giant monopolies to downsize and build small divisions. Penalties should be imposed on the giant monopolies for manipulating the market place and price.
All of the greatest innovations and discoveries have been achieved by individuals not a giant monopoly!
This mindset of Globalization must be erased! It is not the responsibility of the United States to build the World at the expense of its citizens! To line the pockets of a few and destroy the livelihoods of many!

Back in the late 60′s and early 70′s hijackings seemed to happen every other week. All of these hijackers wanted to go to Cuba. Apparently Cuba was the choice vacationing destination for these hijackers.
Beyond the Obvious Message…
The Government and all of the Airlines should have gotten the message and had these new cockpit hardened doors installed back then! Boeing, Air bus, McDonald Douglas, Lockheed should’ve made these doors standard on all of the aircraft manufactured! The government should’ve insisted all airliners manufactured have these impenetrable cockpit doors installed!
All of the above mentioned airline manufactures could’ve also eliminated the cockpit entry door all together. The could’ve provided a separate flight crew entrance door as other foreign air carriers have done. This would eliminate the threat of a forceful entry into the cockpit and commandeering the aircraft!
Expect No Mercy…
Here is where the true outrage should be directed without any mercy! All of the airlines, airline manufactures and government should all be held liable. Criminal and monetary damages should be sought and awarded to every U.S. legal citizen for the stress and mental anguish they have caused the American flying public. The American public is treated like terrorists and it is a very demeaning experience to fly anymore!

The reality, 911 would’ve never happened if these simple steps would’ve been implemented! This is the sad reality of our bureaucratic system. In order for the airlines and manufactures to save a few dollars to increase their bottom line, they neglected to take your safety into consideration especially when hijackings were almost an everyday occurrence in the late 60′s and early 70′s.
The Panty Bomber…
Now, they have implemented enhanced security procedures in response to the panty bomber. If you look at the panty bomber case you’ll discover multiple breakdowns in the whole security system. All of this could’ve been avoided if just the simplest profiling would have been used along with a trained K-9!
The Warning Signs…
The boy’s father warned the State Department a month or two earlier stating his son was a radical. The panty bomber showed up with a man who bought his ticket with cash. This ticket was a one way ticket. The panty bomber was going to travel across the globe with no luggage. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this one out, yet this lunatic made it all the way to Detroit, no questions asked! Finally the panty bomber was stopped by passengers.
Then our politically correct, incompetent administration decided to read him his miranda rights within an hour and treat him as a criminal rather than a terrorist and treated as an enemy combatant. The military would have dealt with him swiftly and come up with a resolution.
Now we all have to pay the price for our incompetent administration and transportation security administration. They believe political correctness is more important than good old fashion, “common sense!”
The Simple Solution…
The solution is simple and much cheaper than the current protocol. Simple profiling with a personal interview. A lot can be learned by body language and physiological changes. Metal detectors for hard weapons, which in this day and age are worthless in flight with a few hundred angry groped passengers! Plenty of highly trained K-9s to sniff for explosives, sniffing machines also helpful. This is where the threat is!
What Next?
The sad truth, our current security protocol is way behind! We are only reactive in nature. The radicals are 10-steps ahead. So what will we do when one of these radicals has a surgically implanted device. Will we get an X-Ray or a body cavity search? Where do we draw the line for our incompetent administration and security administration? The political correctness insanity is threatening the security of the people.
Do we do any kind of screening on all the illegal people crossing the border? What are they bringing into this country? What kind of devices and pieces which can be assembled here are they bringing with them?
Rather than tackling issues like this, they have chosen to treat your grandmother and children with invasive body pat-downs and a nude scanning machines and make them feel like terrorists!
Meet Our Enemy…
Another sad reality, there are approximately 1.6 billion Moslems. Of those 1.6 billion, 1% is radical, which equates to 16-million lunatics which despise our way of life and would sacrifice their life in order to change it!
At this time and point, I can’t think of another religion which truly despises our way of life and common sense dictates our primary focus should be in this direction until proven otherwise!
The damage is done! These radicals have won. Any perceived threat which interrupts our way of life means success to them even if nothing happens, as long as fear is present, they have won!

AdMob allows me to create ads based on phone types, age, location, time of day you browse, what you browse. It would shock you all the information available to specifically target. There are plenty of these mobile advertising companies which offer the same information. It is claimed this is next big marketing wave. Again I disagree. I started and tested this form of marketing over a year ago. I can tell you it is not a profitable endeavor regardless of what the so called gurus tell you! The point is, the amount of information Google and various other mobile advertising networks have on you would shock you! This information is all available thanks to your smart phone.

If the public only knew the privacy they’ve surrendered to Google to record your daily browsing habits and personal data! All of this data made available to us marketers and trackers for a fee! Some tips to protect your privacy.
Clear the browser history of your smart phone and empty the cache and all cookies. These are used to track you! Turn off your location in your phones settings. This is where you have the option to turn on GPS tracking and location. Don’t enter your credit card information on your phone!
Get rid of Google Chrome ASAP! Use FireFox which is the best browser out there! Make sure to go to the security tab and setup the settings to clear cache, cookies and history when you close the browser. Most people never clear their cookies. This allows you to be tracked anywhere on the internet!
Use a proxy server to really throw a curve ball to the hounds. You can pay for this service or their are free programs out there which will guard your IP address. Do a search and you’ll find plenty of them.
For the social butterflies, get rid of your picture and get 10-20 other pictures and upload a different image every few weeks. Yes, you may think it is acceptable for you put your face out there and personal information thinking it makes people feel warm and fuzzy, but I assure you, your face and your personal information, whether you believe it or not will be used against you at some point! Don’t believe otherwise!

Rather than protecting entrepreneurship, they allowed mega mergers to take place and monopolize the marketplace making small business creation and survival a thing of the past. They forgot small business is the economic engine which built this great country! They chose payoffs and promises over protecting and allowing small businesses to grow and flourish. Greed and power mean more to them than preserve and protect!

They chose to raise taxes to pay for programs and entitlements. We now pay over .50 of every dollar we earn to some form of taxes which you imposed on us. We the people never authorized this or asked for these programs and entitlements. However, they think they know better than the people who put you there.
Bogus Bills…
Rather than create common sense legislation with a simple up or down vote, they chose to attach multiple riders which distorted and convoluted the original intent of the legislation so you can make good the on the bribes and promises of future votes.
Health Care For All…
They chose to destroy our health care system with your grandiose vision of socialized medicine and coverage for over 20-million illegal immigrants in hopes of more votes. They chose to raise health care costs for all the hard working people and through monopolies this bought them votes and financial gain. Rather than allowing, we the people to purchase insurance across state lines and allow competition to lower health care costs, you chose to block it!
Torte Reform…
Rather than instituting Torte Reform and stop frivolous lawsuits to help lower health care costs, they chose not to! We the people realize, trial lawyers are major contributors to the Democratic Party and they want to protect your financial interests and future plans.
Illegal Immigration…
Rather than protecting our borders from illegal immigration, they chose to look the other way and endanger the very citizens you are suppose to protect. Then they offer them protection, money, benefits, health care for violating Federal Law. They do this with the intent to offer amnesty in hopes of votes to grow their agenda and their quest for more power!
Bailouts For The Corrupt…
They took the Tax Payers money to bail out corrupt bankers and brokerage firms rather than allowing these firms to collapse due to natural market forces. They could have allowed these firms to collapse and bailout the innocent people who had nothing to do with the demise of these corrupt firms. Instead they chose to reward and protect them and even offer them political positions!
Real Estate Meltdown…
They could have stopped the housing meltdown before it even became a bubble, but they chose to believe, everybody is entitled to own a home whether they can afford it or not! Then the innocent hardworking people have to bailout the people who never should have owned a home in the first place!
Job Creation…
Rather than stimulating small businesses to produce jobs to restart the economy, they chose to make lending more difficult. In the meantime, they managed to create more non-essential government jobs and giver themselves pay raises and increases in benefits!
