Collapse of a Nation!

We are witnessing the collapse of our nation thru reckless leadership and bureaucratic dysfunction. Where political financial donors get preferential treatment to further their agenda and the hardworking keep losing ground and are knocking on the door of poverty!

The Founding Fathers created the Constitution as the law which governs government! Yet the Government violates the Constitution on a daily basis without repercussions. If you or I violate a law we get punished and potentially face imprisonment!

If you or I operated like the Government we would be in prison. If you or I ran a business like our Government, we would be bankrupt in no time! Why the double standard?

The Framers never envisioned the Government controlling every aspect of ones life. What happened to, Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness?

Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government . – The Declaration of Independence -

I don’t recall anyone contacting me or the public of the 40,000 new regulations put in place at the beginning of this year. Where is the outrage? Where is the consent of the people?

Why is the Tea Party villianized by the liberals and the occupiers are considered heroes when the exact opposite is true? Are people truly that demented? Yes!

How can the media be allowed to protect the rouge and ignore reality without intervention? Is it to protect their political affiliations?

It is astonishing a President can spend 6-trillion dollars in 3-years and cause more economic damage than just letting things run their natural course and let the offenders collapse from their deceit and un-lawful actions. After their demise, punish them to the full extent of the Law and confiscate their assets an distribute to those hurt!

Where in the Constitution does it grant the power to the President to be a Venture Capitalist using Tax Payers money to support unions and political donors?

Why hasn’t the Federal Reserve, which isn’t anymore Federal than Federal Express been dismantled? How could a such a corrupt group of bankers which was established in 1913 and has never been audited be allowed to dictate monetary policy and print dollars?

Truth be known, the Federal Reserve is more responsible for our financial demise as a nation and financial hardship on individuals than you realize!

Why must reckless and irresponsible companies and individuals be bailed out and the hardworking be punished and pay the burden? I don’t recall reading it in the Constitution!

Since when has the emasculation of society and the belief you deserve entitlements became acceptable?

Where in the Constitution does it grant the Government power to regulate and control every aspect of your life from cradle to grave?

I challenge you to find one thing which isn’t regulated in some way!

Where in the Constitution does it state congressmen and women can make a career out of their position and get lavish benefits?

Did the Framers intend Government employees to unionize, receive higher wages than their civilian counterparts, receive pensions while everybody else has to save for their retirement and pay for government pensions?

How is it acceptable for the Government to fail to protect the borders form illegal immigration? Illegal immigration is a Felony yet they reward the felons with financial support, healthcare, education, housing and the list goes on all in the name of votes to support their party! Why must the hardworking people pay and tolerate this?

The Founding Fathers knew this was going to happen. We have reached a tipping point and the Republic is on the verge of collapse! We must return to the founding principles and undue all of the Constitutional Violations. Every politician needs to be voted out and term limits imposed and start with a clean slate. This election will be the most important election in our lifetime.

Illegal Immigration

Presently there are an estimated 20-million illegal aliens in the United States. Roughly one million legal immigrants are admitted each year. Some 400,000 illegal aliens have been ordered deported, but are on the loose in the U.S. after being released by federal immigration courts.

Article four, section four, of the Constitution clearly states, “The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion.”

Illegal immigration into the U.S.  has become deadly for some immigrants and miserable for many more. Those who survive are often blackmailed or sold into slavery. Illegal immigrants from Mexico who are smuggled in are typically charged more than $1,000. They are often paid less than $5 a day.

The Beneficiaries…

Major corporations and rich business people are the only beneficiaries. The primary beneficiaries are rich farmers and corporate owned factory farms, construction and landscaping companies.

These employers pay the illegal aliens lower wages and provide no benefits. The reality, they charge the same price as though they employed legal workers. This increases their profits ten-fold! Meanwhile, American taxpayers foot the bill for medical care, unemployment and welfare for these illegal aliens.

Failed Policies…

The fact is, the countries with the highest rates of illegal immigration into this country, like Mexico, are countries who have failed their own citizens through corruption and failed policies! They have failed to produce effective, stable economies which would keep their citizens employed and safe.

It is sad when the President of Mexico can come to our Nation’s capital and speak before Congress and criticize Arizona for its newly adopted immigration law. The Mexican president needs to first question why his citizens are fleeing his country and then, how to prevent it!

The Financial Burden…

An estimated $113 billion is paid by U.S. Taxpayers for services and benefits to illegal aliens. Because the burdens of illegal immigration are not evenly distributed, the costs are much higher in states with large illegal alien populations.

It is significant, the 4-states with the highest number of uninsured patients are the southern Border States. California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas have the highest burden of illegal immigrants.

Arizona’s Nightmare…

Arizona’s annual cost of illegal immigration is $2.5 billion.

These costs are staggering. The Cochise County, Arizona Health Department spends as much as 30- percent of its annual $9-million budget on illegal aliens. The Copper Queen Hospital in Bisbee, Arizona, has spent $200,000 in uncompensated services out of a net operating budget of $300,000. The University Medical Center in Tucson may lose as much as $10 million and the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, also in Tucson, has lost millions.

Anchor Babies…

There are over 300,000 estimated anchor babies born to illegal alien mothers each year in the U.S. These babies will automatically attain citizenship.

Greatest Financial Burden…

Education for the children of illegal aliens represents the single largest public expenditure at an annual cost of $52 billion. Nearly all of that cost is absorbed by state and local governments.

Cost Recovery…

The federal government recoups about one-third of its share of the costs of illegal immigration from taxes. States which bear a much greater share of the costs, recoup a mere 5- percent of their expenditures from taxes paid by illegal aliens.

Ammesty?

Granting amnesty to illegal aliens, as President Obama and others propose, would not significantly increase tax revenues generated by current illegal aliens. This would only benefit the liberal agenda by increasing supporters from the illegal community! However, over time, amnesty would dramatically increase public costs as newly-legalized aliens become eligible for all means-tested government programs.

In Closing…

It is my opinion, all illegal immigration should be stopped. The U.S. taxpayers shouldn’t be burdened. All violators should be given a small window of time to register legally or be deported. Violators should not be imprisoned which would cause a further burden on taxpayers. Illegal entry into this great country should not be rewarded by taxpayers or to further a political agenda!

The doors are always open to this great country for legal entry! My parents immigrated from Europe legally. Immigration legally into this country is what mad this country great, prosperous and powerful! Illegal immigration is weakening this Great Nation by placing unnecessary burdens on its people!
