War on Christmas!
So why the War on Christmas? Have we forgot the significance of this Holiday? Are we really so intolerant in which the simple display of a Christmas tree or a Nativity scene just makes people uncomfortable? Why are people so offended to recognize the birthday of Jesus Christ?
Since when has society taken such a hard turn in which comfort over-rules common sense, tradition and Rights?
Apparently these people forgot why the Pilgrims came here and what the Founding Fathers fought so hard for!
Where is the tolerance for a little Holiday Cheer? Is it really that offensive? Why must we be tolerant of gays, Muslims, obese people, ugly people and illegal immigrants? Why must we even give media attention to these lunatics whose comfort takes precedence over rights and tolerance?
Why should we tolerate people with tattoo sleeves, body piercings and fat doctors and healthcare workers preaching how to take care of ourselves?
Why must we be offended by fat people doing tv commercials?
The questions are endless but, we have to be tolerant and at times just look the other way! We always hear, “We must be tolerant.”
So where is the tolerance for such a beautiful tradition which brings cheer, beauty and such joy to the little ones?
Christmas is a beautiful Holiday which brings out the best in a lot of people! People during this time forget about themselves and learn the power and the joy of giving! Bringing smiles and excitement to those less fortunate.
Christmas is a time which families and friends share a magical time which comes once a year. The smell of a fresh cut pine tree filling the air. A beautiful fire burning and crackling and giving off heat and a beautiful warm glow! The smell of ham and turkey filling the air. Kids running around with excitement and smiles a mile wide. It truly is a magical time. It brings relationships closer and deepens friendships.
Nothing like the sight of snow and Christmas lights throughout the neighborhood. Seeing giant pines dusted with snow as you walk around and smell all the fireplaces burning.
Yet we are amazed why people find it so offensive!
Do the words in America, “All men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government,” mean anything to you?
If they don’t, leave this country and take your liberal ideas to a country where your ideas will have you persecuted and executed!
